Shipping Policy
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been cleared and verified in our bank account.
Shipping times depend on stock levels and shipping method chosen. Shipping times are an estimate from time of dispatch and not from time of placing the order. Therefore, shipping time estimates are not guaranteed.
Outlaying areas may experience delayed shipping. If a delivery is delayed for any reason, the customer will be contacted via email.
We strive to offer a wide range of products, including unusual and hard to source products. Therefore, some of our products may have procurement lead times. Should a product not be immediately available, the customer will be contacted and given the option of a refund, or placing a back-order for the product.
We currently do not offer an in-store pickup service. Orders in the greater Durban area will be delivered for a nominal fee. Delivery fees will be quoted on acceptance of order.
We offer a convenient to-your-door courier service at very affordable prices to main centres;
Please note; Shipping addresses that fall outside the main centres will be quoted and billed accordingly. Maximum weight per box is 15kg. Orders over 15kg will be split and billed accordingly.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be issued. Once a tracking number is issued It is out of the control of Amazing Glaze SA and we cannot be held liable for safe and timely delivery. Delivery queries need to be handled with the courier company.
Please note: Liquid goods cannot be insured.
