Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund less shipping costs.
Please Note, once a purchase has been shipped, the customer will be liable for return shipping costs.
A full refund will only be issued if products are returned unopened and unused and in a resell-able state. Should an opened product be returned, the product will be assessed by Amazing Glaze SA to determine the amount of refund due. A 25% administration fee will be charged.
All products being shipped back to Amazing Glaze SA must be repackaged in secure and sealed packaging. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices, Amazing Glaze SA will not be liable for the damages.
